How do I invest in the Johnstons' ministry?

Investing in our ministry isn't very complicated; but we certainly do appreciate those who are sacrificially giving to the Lord's work through our ministry.

There are different options for ways to give , including sending a check, setting up an automatic deduction from your checking account, or paying online.

Our biggest need is for monthly pledges -- that is, for folks to sign up to make a monthly contribution to our ministry.

Why do missionaries raise support?

Denominational missionaries usually do not have to raise support. Their financial support comes from the denomination, which gives a percentage of tithes and offerings to missionaries.

Faith missions require each missionary to raise their own personal/ministry support. Faith missions are not supported by large denominations. Each missionary finds people who want to support him or her in order to perform a certain ministry.

In our case, Asian Access is a faith mission. We are encouraged by the fact that others have joined us on our ministry team. These partners not only give financially for this work to be done -- and thus are financial investors -- but also pray regularly for us and our work. As "managing partners" in this endeavor, we highly value our support development partners.

Together, we are a team investing our time, talents and treasures in order to achieve eternal results for our Lord.
